Veal Stock

Milder than beef stock yet full of rich flavor, balance and smoothness, Veal Stock is crafted from calves' neck bones, hand-cut mirepoix, leeks, California tomato, aromatics and fortified with calves' feet.

Ingredients:

Spring water, veal bones (28%), calves’ feet, onion, leek, carrot, tomato paste, garlic, thyme, black peppercorns, bay leaves.

Cooking Instructions:

Hob (6-8 mins): Empty contents into a saucepan. Place over a moderate heat for approximately 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Heat until piping hot. Serve immediately.

Microwave (6-7 mins): Transfer contents to a microwavable container and cover loosely. Cook on high for 6-7 minutes, stirring halfway through. Serve immediately.

CAUTION! Take care when removing hot liquids from a microwave.

Shelf Life Guarantee & Storage Instructions:

This product has a guaranteed minimum 30 days shelf life and is freezer safe for two years.

Keep refrigerated below 40°F. Suitable for freezing. If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and use within two years. Defrost fully before use. Do not refreeze once defrosted. Once opened, use within 5 days.
