Beef Stock

The essence of roasted beef in a medium-bodied reduction, our Beef Stock is made from antibiotic-free neck bones, hand-cut mirepoix, California tomato, aromatics and fortified with cow's feet.

Ingredients:

Spring water, beef bones (28%), cow’s feet, onion, carrot, tomato paste, garlic, thyme, black peppercorns, bay leaves.

Cooking Instructions:

Hob (6-8 mins): Empty contents into a saucepan. Place over a moderate heat for approximately 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Heat until piping hot. Serve immediately.

Microwave (6-7 mins): Transfer contents to a microwavable container and cover loosely. Cook on high for 6-7 minutes, stirring halfway through. Serve immediately.

CAUTION! Take care when removing hot liquids from a microwave.

A great base for casseroles, bolognese, roasts, soups, sauces, jus and basting.
