Mushroom Vegetable Stock

Mushroom Vegetable Stock is a full bodied savory blend of heirloom mushrooms, fresh cut yellow onion, leek, carrot, garlic, herbs, and spices that is slow simmered to perfection. Providing a deep mushroom umami to all vegan, vegetarian, and meat based recipes. Use as an ingredient in your favorite soups, sauces, risottos, and pastas or serve stand alone as rich aromatic consume.

Mushroom Vegetable Stock

Ingredients:

Brown button mushrooms, spring water, onions, carrots, leeks, garlic, parsley, thyme, peppercorns, bay leaves.

Cooking Instructions:

Hob (6-8 mins): Empty contents into a saucepan. Place over a moderate heat for approximately 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Heat until piping hot. Serve immediately.

Microwave (6-7 mins): Transfer contents to a microwavable container and cover loosely. Cook on high for 6-7 minutes, stirring halfway through. Serve immediately.

CAUTION! Take care when removing hot liquids from a microwave.

This product has a guaranteed minimum 30 days shelf life and is freezer safe for two years.

Keep refrigerated below 40°F. Suitable for freezing. If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and use within two years. Defrost fully before use. Do not refreeze once defrosted. Once opened, use within 5 days.
