Lamb Stock

The characteristic flavor of seasoned roast lamb goes into our Lamb Stock, which is crafted from domestic lamb shoulder, hand-cut mirepoix, aromatics, a touch of rosemary, California tomato and lamb's feet to round out this full-bodied stock.

Ingredients:

Spring water, lamb bones (36%), onion, carrot, tomato paste, thyme, garlic, rosemary, black peppercorns, bay leaves.

Cooking Instructions:

Hob (6-8 mins): Empty contents into a saucepan. Place over a moderate heat for approximately 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Heat until piping hot. Serve immediately.

Microwave (6-7 mins): Transfer contents to a microwavable container and cover loosely. Cook on high for 6-7 minutes, stirring halfway through. Serve immediately.

CAUTION! Take care when removing hot liquids from a microwave.

Keep refrigerated below 40°F. Suitable for freezing. If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and use within two years. Defrost fully before use. Do not refreeze once defrosted. Once opened, use within 5 days.
