Duck Stock

A golden poultry stock with a deep, rich, complex flavor, our Duck Stock is made from the bird’s frame, hand-cut mirepoix, aromatics and fortified with duck feet to provide a delicate and complex stock like no other.

Ingredients:

Spring water, duck bones (35%), onion, carrot, tomato paste, garlic, thyme, black peppercorns, bay leaves.

Cooking Instructions:

Hob (6-8 mins): Empty contents into a saucepan. Place over a moderate heat for approximately 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Heat until piping hot. Serve immediately.

Microwave (6-7 mins): Transfer contents to a microwavable container and cover loosely. Cook on high for 6-7 minutes, stirring halfway through. Serve immediately.

CAUTION! Take care when removing hot liquids from a microwave.

Keep refrigerated below 40°F. Suitable for freezing. If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and use within two years. Defrost fully before use. Do not refreeze once defrosted. Once opened, use within 5 days.
